• Generated content — the production plans you generate are stored and associated with your account so you can access them later.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.

Sale of Business

Third-Party Services

PlanThatVideo uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Anthropic — powers AI generation. Your project inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate production plans.
• Supabase — stores your account data, tier, and generated plans.
• Stripe — processes all payments. We never see or store your payment card details.
• Netlify — hosts the website and serverless functions.

Third-party services are provided solely as a convenience and you access them entirely at your own risk and subject to their own terms and conditions.

Tracking Technologies

• Local Storage: we use browser Local Storage to temporarily save your form state before authentication redirects, so your work isn't lost when you sign in.
• Sessions: we use sessions to keep you signed in across visits. Session data is managed by Supabase Auth.

GDPR — General Data Protection Regulation

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), we collect and use your information only as described in this Privacy Policy. We maintain GDPR controls as our baseline standard for all operations worldwide. Our customers' data is important regardless of where they are located.
